Skincare
DY Skincare accepts returns for undamaged, unopened, and unused products for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the original received date. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items. HBS will not refund shipping costs and tax when an item is returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email of our return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will have 7 days from your accepted date to send back the returned item.
Warning: DY Skincare products have not been evaluated by the U.S.F.D. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before using it.

Hmong Clothing Size & Fit Notice
Our clothing sizes are based on chest measurements. For the best fit, we recommend selecting a size that is one size up or at least 2–3 inches larger than your actual chest measurement.
Example: If your chest size is 36 inches, we recommend wearing a size 38.
Please note that our outfits are made by different vendors, so sizing and fit may vary with each purchase. If you have any questions, please ask during our Facebook Live Sale before making your claim.
I’ll do my best to share details about the fabric and fit of each outfit during the live.

I always state whether an outfit is second-hand or new at the beginning of my Facebook LIVE and throughout my LIVE sales.
Most second-hand outfits feature old paj ntaub (embroidery patterns) sewn onto new fabric. These outfits are sold as-is. I do my best to inspect each piece while showcasing it LIVE. If I notice any defects or issues, I will either offer a discount or choose not to sell the item. However, please be aware that some signs of wear, mix-and-match fabrics, or minor imperfections may be present.
What I do not consider a defect, you might see as an issue. If you are a picky buyer, it is best not to purchase.
Occasionally, I may sell second-hand or vintage outfits that still have their original fabric and paj ntaub. These are also sold AS-IS.
However, if there is an issue that is our fault, please email us at hmongbeautyshop@gmail.com or send a message to the Der Khaub Ncaws Facebook Page within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* If you don’t like how an outfit looks on you.
* If the outfit doesn’t fit because you didn’t know your size.
*I do not cover return shipping costs if you send the item back without first agreeing with me on the return shipping cost.
* I do not refund the original shipping fee you paid when I shipped the item to you.
* I do not profit from shipping fees.
* I mistakenly sent the wrong item.
* There is a major defect that I overlooked.
* If the item is available, I will send a replacement. Shipping Cost will be on me!
* If the item is not available, I will refund the item cost + the return shipping fee.
* If shipping through USPS or UPS, please provide proof of receipt.
* If using a third-party shipping service, proof of receipt is required.
