PAY YOUR INVOICE
- Make a payment during Facebook Live or when you receive your invoice from Facebook Messenger.
- Provide an email during checkout to receive tracking numbers when we ship your order. This email will also be used for invoicing shipping costs if you pay during the live session.
- We take up to 5 to 7 days to process orders and ship them out. Check your email for the tracking number.
- Local pickup will be ready within 2 to 3 days after Facebook Live. Check Der Khaub Ncaws Facebook page for pick-up available dates and times.
- Please double-check your shipping address and include a legal name for your order. Do not only include your Facebook username or a fake name. If there is any problem with your package, the postal office needs to match the name on the package with your state ID. We are not responsible if your package has the wrong address when shipped out.
- After completing your checkout, send us a message on Facebook Messenger with your order number and the email address used for checkout for us to verify your payment.
